Some of the key features of the Smartbook system are:
- Make and manage booking requests for all types of travel online. Once a request is received, your consultant creates a quote and uses the SmartBook system to submit this back to you for confirmation and authorisation by an assigned authoriser
- Secure online access - allowing you and your travel bookers to view the current status of all requests for travel, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Ability to manage a range of travel requests – from individual to complex group travel arrangements
- Eliminate unnecessary paper trails – comments, between you & your dedicated Williment Business Travel consultant are captured online
- Customisable database and mandatory fields – apply your travel policy to ensure that maximum compliance is achieved
